How do you ship orders?There's no short way to answer this so we dedicated a page for it @ Shipping Policy!
Will my glass items get broken?
We securely box all glass bongs and pack them with adequate packing materials. If breakage occurs, (very rare), kindly email upon receipt of your order so that we may make things right. We have shipped hundreds upon thousands of glass items successfully!
When will I receive my order?
We typically mail all orders on the same day if they're purchased before 2:30PM MST (excluding weekends and holiday hours.) From there, shipping speed depends on the service selected ranging from 1-7 days.
Do you accept Paypal?
What currency are prices listed in?
All prices are listed in Canadian currency (CAD). You may change the currency at the top right of the screen on any mobile or desktop device!
Please note: After choosing your respectful currency prices will change immediately and you may begin viewing products. Specific countries do charge import fees. Please make yourself aware of any fees that may be imposed by your specific country of origin.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept electronic money transfers (E-Transfer) as patients/customers can fraudulently chargeback against rightful purchases when paying with cards. Thank you for understanding!
How do I apply a coupon code?
When you go to checkout, you can apply your coupon code on the second page of the checkout process! On the first screen there will be the subtotal of your cart, and from there you can “Continue”. After which you should see two sides of the screen.
We highly recommend creating an account with us, as this makes it easier to track your order and use our website features.
The right side of the screen is an overview of your order. On this side of the screen, you will see an “Apply discount code section.” You are only able to apply ONE discount per cart order.
Please note: Coupons CANNOT be applied after purchase, once you finish the checkout process you'll no longer be able to go back and apply a discount. Coupons can't be used for items already on sale.
Why are items on your store out of stock?
We do run out of stock on items unexpectedly. Rest assured, items come back into stock daily!
Do you ship outside canada?
We prefer not to ship outside of Canada to prevent possible packages being confiscated for containing non-mailable matter in your living state/region. We're truly sorry for any inconvenience!
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on all unused & unopened products. If the product has been used or opened even once, we CAN'T accept a return. No exceptions. Items to be returned must be reported within 24-hours of delivery.
If you're returning an item we'll need an email with pictures of the item you received. Allowing us to verify that it's not opened or used. From there, we will get you a prepaid return label to make the return process as cheap and easy for you as possible.
Returns will only be accepted if exchanged through our customer service team, packages sent without our return label will not be accepted!
